Digital Preservation
The Kohler Archives captures and preserves over 10,000 born-digital records annually. To address the risk of permanently losing the history and stories that define Kohler Co., digital materials must be acquired, appraised, captured, preserved, and accessed with quality and precise metadata. Digital preservation strategies are implemented to safeguard our various born-digital resources, such as: brand websites; social media; public relations; paid media; Kohler created content; executive communications; and global business assets.
